Welcome to Morgann’s Originals. These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through morgannsoriginals.com and to your use of this website. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to the terms below.
Morgann’s Originals offers handmade goods, original artwork and designs, gift and paper products, accessories, seasonal products, creative collections, personalized products, and other original merchandise and services.
Because many items are handmade, small variations in placement, stitching, pattern position, color, texture, measurements, or finishing may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects.
Colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screens, and device settings.
Many Morgann’s Originals products are handmade, limited quantity, one-of-a-kind, seasonal, or created using fabrics and materials that may no longer be available.
Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability until the order has been successfully completed and accepted.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, Morgann’s Originals will contact you and provide an appropriate replacement option, store option when agreed upon, or refund for the unavailable item.
Payment is due at the time an order is placed unless a separate written agreement has been made for a custom design, printing, celebration, or other service.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed charges will be calculated as appropriate during checkout.
Morgann’s Originals reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, obvious pricing errors, unavailable products, or other circumstances that prevent the order from being fulfilled properly.
If an order is canceled by Morgann’s Originals after payment has been collected, the appropriate amount will be refunded.
**During the holiday season order-by and shipping cutoff dates may apply. Morgann's Originals may set customer order deadlines earlier than carrier-recommended mailing dates to allow time for handmade production, processing, packing, and unexpected delays. Current holiday deadlines will be posted on the website when available.**
Processing times vary depending on the product and whether it is ready-made, handmade to order, customized, personalized, or produced through a printing partner.
Estimated processing or shipping times shown on a product page are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Morgann’s Originals is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
If an unexpected delay prevents an order from shipping within the stated timeframe, the customer will be contacted and provided with options as required by applicable law.
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside the direct control of Morgann’s Originals.
Local pickup may be offered on eligible products.
Customers must wait until they receive confirmation that their order is ready before arriving for pickup.
Pickup instructions, location details, and available pickup arrangements will be provided directly to the customer when applicable.
Orders marked for local pickup are not considered ready until Morgann’s Originals has confirmed availability.
Return eligibility may vary depending on the type of product purchased.
For eligible non-personalized physical products, please contact Morgann’s Originals within 14 days of delivery if you need to request a return or exchange.
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, returned products must generally be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. The customer may be responsible for return shipping when the return is not due to an error by Morgann’s Originals.
Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless required by law or the return resulted from an error by Morgann’s Originals.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Morgann’s Originals as soon as reasonably possible and include photographs when helpful so the problem can be reviewed.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights a customer may have under applicable law.
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 6 hours of placing the order.
Because Morgann’s Originals works to process and ship ready-made orders quickly, sometimes as soon as the next business day, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing, has been packed, or has shipped.
Personalized, customized, made-to-order, printing, or commissioned work may not be canceled once materials have been purchased, design or production work has begun, or the order has otherwise entered fulfillment.
If a cancellation request is received within the permitted timeframe and the order has not entered processing, the order will be canceled and the appropriate payment refunded to the original payment method.
Any special cancellation terms disclosed for a particular custom project or service will apply to that project.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing names, dates, spelling, wording, photographs, measurements, colors, specifications, and other information they provide for personalized or custom products.
Morgann’s Originals is not responsible for errors that were supplied or approved by the customer.
When a proof is provided, approval of that proof authorizes production based on the approved version.
Changes requested after approval or after production has begun may require additional charges or may not be possible.
Some products may incorporate vintage, discontinued, rescued, previously loved, repurposed, or thoughtfully upcycled materials.
Reasonable signs of the material’s previous life, slight differences between pieces, or variations caused by limited fabric placement may occur and will be disclosed when materially relevant.
Because many materials are limited, an exact replacement may not always be possible.
Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and following any care, safety, age, or use instructions included with the product or listing.
Morgann’s Originals bowl cozies are NOT FOR MICROWAVE USE unless a particular listing expressly states otherwise.
Heat food and the bowl separately, then place the heated bowl into the cozy.
Do not place a Morgann’s Originals non-microwave bowl cozy in a microwave.
Customers should use reasonable care around hot dishes, food, appliances, candles, children, pets, small parts, and other circumstances where ordinary safety precautions are appropriate.
Digital products are delivered electronically, and no physical product will be shipped unless the listing specifically states otherwise.
Digital purchases are for the purchaser’s permitted use as described in the individual listing.
Unless expressly granted in writing, purchasing a digital file does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying artwork or design.
Digital files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, uploaded for others to download, or represented as the purchaser’s original artwork.
Unless otherwise stated, all original artwork, illustrations, characters, logos, graphics, designs, photographs, written content, product concepts, branding, and other original creative material appearing on this website remain the intellectual property of Morgann’s Originals and/or their respective lawful owners.
Purchasing a physical or digital product does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, reproduction rights, or commercial licensing rights.
Morgann’s Originals artwork and designs may not be copied, reproduced, traced, redistributed, manufactured, commercially printed, resold as digital content, used to create derivative merchandise, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Graphic design, printing, celebration design, commissioned artwork, personalized projects, and other professional or custom services may be governed by additional estimates, proposals, approvals, payment schedules, turnaround times, or written project terms.
When separate written project terms have been agreed upon, those terms control for that project if they differ from these general website Terms & Conditions.
Promotional offers, discount codes, giveaways, sales, and other special offers may have their own eligibility requirements and expiration dates.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively to previously completed purchases.
Morgann’s Originals reserves the right to correct or cancel promotions affected by obvious technical or pricing errors.
Morgann’s Originals makes reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, photographs, pricing, inventory, and other website information accurate.
Occasionally, typographical errors, technical errors, inventory discrepancies, incorrect pricing, or other mistakes may occur.
