Custom & Personalized Items
Custom and personalized items are non‑returnable and non‑refundable, as they are made specifically for you.
If the item arrives damaged or incorrect due to my error, I will replace or refund it.

Digital Products
All digital downloads are non‑refundable, as they cannot be returned once delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, clear photos of the damage or issue are required.
This helps me verify the problem and resolve it quickly.

Depending on the situation, I will offer:
•     a replacement
•     a partial refund
•     or a full refund

There is no cost to you for approved damage or error claims.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase unless work has already begun on a custom item.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after:
•     the returned item is received, or
•     the damage/issue is verified through photos
