•     digital items are delivered electronically

2. Ordering
When you place an order, you agree that:
•     all information you provide is accurate
•     you have reviewed product descriptions carefully
•     you understand processing and shipping times
•     you agree to the return, refund, and shipping policies
If I am unable to fulfill your order, I will contact you as soon as possible.

3. Custom Orders
Custom and personalized items are created based on the details you provide.

By ordering a custom item, you agree that:
•     mockups or previews (if provided) must be approved promptly
•     once work begins, the order cannot be canceled
•     custom items are non‑refundable unless damaged or incorrect

I am not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Digital Products
Digital items are delivered electronically and are non‑refundable.

You may not:
•     resell
•     redistribute
•     claim the artwork as your own
•     use digital files for mass production unless explicitly allowed

Personal use is permitted unless otherwise stated.

5. Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time.

Payment is required at checkout.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.

6. Shipping
Shipping times and rates are outlined in the Shipping Policy.

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

7. Returns & Refunds
Returns, refunds, and replacements are handled according to the Return & Refund Policy.

For damaged or incorrect items, clear photos are required within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours unless work has already begun on a custom item.

9. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, photos, and digital files in this shop are the property of the creator.
You may not:

•     reproduce
•     modify
•     distribute
•     or use my work for commercial purposes without permission

10. Limitation of Liability
I am not responsible for:
•     delays caused by shipping carriers
•     lost or stolen packages after delivery
•     incorrect addresses provided by the customer
•     allergic reactions or sensitivities to materials
•     misuse of products
