Processing Times
Ready‑to‑ship items:
Ship within 1–3 business days.
Custom & personalized items:
Processing times vary depending on the project. Most custom orders ship within 5–10 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
If you need an item by a specific date, please contact me before ordering.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped through USPS (mostly I use USPS), UPS, or FedEx, depending on the best rate and delivery time.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
• package weight
• package size
• your location
I do not markup shipping costs.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available upon request. Please contact me before placing your order to arrange this.
Delivery Issues
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, I am unable to replace or refund items that are lost or stolen after delivery.
If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or shows no movement, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. I will assist where I can.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
To process a replacement or refund, clear photos of the damage and the packaging are required.
I will replace or refund damaged items at no cost to you once the issue is verified.
Incorrect Address
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for reshipment costs.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select items.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import charges.
